Please note: The Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program expired on September 5, 2021, per federal law. A key provision in the CARES Act created a temporary “Pandemic Unemployment Assistance” program that extended unemployment benefits to those not traditionally eligible, including self-employed individuals.
