Adam Rodell

Adam Rodell is an agent with RE/MAX Select One in Huntington Beach, Calif., who helped launch the REALTOR® and Affiliate Wellness Group by Orange County REALTORS®, a support group for members who are struggling with personal- or work-related stress, anxiety, depression or addiction. Other REALTOR® organizations in California are launching their own chapters of The RAW Group. Rodell served as the 2022 president of Orange County REALTORS® and has been a director for the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Jennifer Cassetta

Jennifer Cassetta is a keynote speaker who motivates and inspires teams behind global brands to become black belt leaders through wellness and leadership programming. Tracey Hawkins

Tracey Hawkins, also known as “Tracey, the Safety Lady,” is a former real estate agent who founded her own safety education program, Safety and Security Source, in 1995. Hawkins is a content creator who teaches 12 interactive safety classes that she wrote herself. She teaches agents to stay safe and build their businesses by protecting the consumer. She teaches brokerages how to reduce liability. Hawkins has written expert safety content for REALTOR® Magazine and other national real estate publications, including RISMedia, Inman and The Close.
