The Northeast Florida MLS (NEFMLS) and some of its neighboring REALTOR® associations/MLSs have been working together to provide their combined members with access to each other’s listings since 2016.
Eight associations have joined MARIS over the past eight years, which now serves as the regional MLS provider for approximately 12,000 REALTOR® members from associations in Missouri and Illinois.
In early 2015, the Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CarolinaMLS), a wholly-owned subsidiary corporation of the Charlotte Regional REALTOR® Association and the North Carolina Mountains Multiple Listing Services, LLC (NCMMLS), entered into an agreement for CarolinaMLS to provide “vendor services” to the 3,000 NCMMLS subscribers.
