John Rosshirt

John Rosshirt is co-owner and designated broker at Stanberry, REALTORS®, in Austin, Texas, and 2024 chair of NAR’s Sustainability Advisory Group. Rosshirt has served as president of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, regional vice president of Texas REALTORS®, chair of NAR’s Smart Growth Advisory Board and member of the GREEN Resource Council Advisory Board. He has taught NAR’s Smart Growth class and contributed to the Center for REALTOR® Development’s “Planning and Zoning” certificate course.

Angela Grannan

Angela Grannan is broker-owner of The Grannan Group in St. Petersburg, Fla. She began her career as an environmental consultant in commercial real estate due diligence and has grown her education and expertise to include buying and selling residential and commercial real estate. Her company launched a “Plant Your Roots” program with a mission to plant a native tree for every transaction. Grannan says her background in the pre-purchase process gives her the detailed knowledge to assist clients through the entire process, beginning to end.
