Members of the 2016 class of 30 Under 30 take nothing for granted. The landmark Chicago Athletic Association embodies the American culture and aesthetic. Opened in 1893, closed in 2007, and reopened as a hotel in 2015, the richly appointed building served as the backdrop here and on our cover, which features 2016 class members Connie Chung, Zac Bales-Henry, Brittany Barsky Allison, Scottie Smith, and Benn Vogelsang.
