The REALTOR® Building is prominently situated next to the Wrigley Building on Chicago's Magnificent Mile and has been NAR's home for more than 35 years. Along with its green features, it also houses an exercise facility, Ulta Beauty, and the famed Billy Goat Tavern.

The Magnificent Mile is Chicago's largest shopping district. It houses fine restaurants, hotels, shopping, and several of the tallest buildings in the United States. Chicago's other great attractions—museums, parks, galleries, theater district, and Navy Pier—are all nearby.
Transportation
Our Chicago location is conveniently located and easy to access. CTA buses along the Magnificent Mile connect to the entire Chicago metro area; local commuters can also use seasonal water taxis or the nearby Chicago 'L' rapid transit train (red line). Suburban or Northwest Indiana residents can use Metra trains or South Shore Line trains . Also, bike racks are available in the building.

Building Highlights
The Graham Gund–designed building was completed in 2004 and is located three blocks from the U.S. Capitol. It was the first building in Washington, D.C. to receive a LEED® Silver certification , and showcases “green” performance and design features. Other features include rich granite and stainless steel lobby detailing, a rooftop terrace, an expansive plaza, beautiful gardens, a parking garage, privacy room, communal lunch room, and on-site private showers.

Our Washington, D.C., location is within easy access of MARC train lines and Metro bus and train lines . Use the Union Station (red line) Metro station and MARC train service, located at 701 First Street, NE, or the Gallery Place/Chinatown (green, yellow, and red lines) Metro station, located at 630 H Street, NW. Bike racks are available in the building's parking garage.
