Association Diversity Advisory Board Goals
Goal #1
Develop promotional resources and content for REALTOR® associations to help increase member engagement and awareness of DEI issues and initiatives.
Goal #2
Develop a communication plan to ensure REALTOR® association staff are aware of the Actionable Roadmap and understand the value to the association’s DEI efforts for members and the community.
Goal #3
Identify sustainable objectives that can be incorporated into REALTOR® association strategic plans to ensure that DEI is infused throughout the association culture.
