Steve Medeiros (AHWD, C2EX, CRS, E-PRO®), a REALTOR® from Dartmouth, Mass., is the 2024 Regional Vice President for Region 1 (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont).
Steve served as President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in 2021, where he was named a local REALTOR® of the Year twice. Steve says his key to success is a combination of energy, enthusiasm, creative ideas, and hard work.
Steve got his start in the industry as a real estate investor before leaving his job at Southcoast Hospitals to work as a real estate practitioner. He has practiced full-time since 2004. Currently, Steve is the team leader for Keller Williams Realty in Easton, Mass.
Family is an important part of Steve’s life. His parents and grandparents instilled in him that integrity, hard work, and serving others matter most. These values guide everything he does, especially his work as a member volunteer.
Steve enjoys investing in real estate, playing way too much basketball, rock climbing, playing corn hole, and volunteering to help others. He lives in Dartmouth with his wife, Sue, and his two boys, Tyler and Nathan. They are his motivation and why he works so hard.
