The National Association of REALTORS® has committed to making sure REALTORS® have the tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic real estate environment by working with zipLogix to keep REALTORS® at the center of the transaction.
This year, NAR will provide REALTORS® with a valuable new member benefit. The offering includes the zipTMS robust transaction management system with unlimited zipVault document storage, an exclusive NAR library of REALTOR® forms and templates, and access to the industry-standard zipForm Plus forms engine, where you can add and manage your own custom documents.
zipTMS is a robust web-based application that provides users with a higher degree of consistency and transparency in transaction management. The platform also tracks and manages all activities and information from listing through closing. Store your documents in the zipVault, where you’ll have access to them from anywhere via the Internet.
Through this nationwide program, you can access the new REALTOR® Forms & Templates library, which includes resources developed by NAR to enhance your marketing and communications with clients, such as business letter templates, customizable handouts for consumers, and ethics, arbitration, and mediation forms.

Throughout 2016, NAR is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the trademark “REALTOR®” by showcasing you: the members devoted to community, to service, and to going the extra mile.
