Illinois REALTORS® attending the annual REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo in Washington, D.C., took time to visit with Illinois Senators Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth at the Hart Senate Office Building on May 14, 2019.

After introductions by Illinois REALTORS® President-Elect Ed Neaves, the senators graciously addressed the contingency of constituent REALTORS®. 

Sen. Duckworth commented on the pending transportation bill and the defense budget. Sen. Durbin discussed the need for national highway infrastructure improvements, including in Illinois, as well as the need to address the O’Hare Airport terminal infrastructure.

Illinois is so very fortunate to have these two senators working on our behalf in our nation’s capital.
