Buyers and sellers want reassurance that the value of the home will hold up, but you, as the real estate pro, may think it’s completely out of your hands. Not so, say two appraisers who also have experience working as agents. Christian Jackson is a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Preferred Properties as well as the owner of Jackson Appraisal Group, both based in the Washington, D.C. area. Jackson is a graduate of Bowie State University, with a bachelor’s in communications and public relations. He is the 2023 vice chair of the Prince George’s County Association of REALTORS® Legislative Committee and a member of the Maryland Association of Appraisers and the National Association of Appraisers.
Michelle Bradley, GRI, is a certified general appraiser with over 37 years of experience, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a certified distance education instructor, qualified expert with the Pennsylvania Department of State and a real estate broker. She works in her family’s independent real estate and appraisal company, founded by her grandmother in 1963, where she serves as chief appraiser and manager of the appraisal division. Bradley has served as chair of NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee.
