Commercial Adventurer
For Raman Singh, 27, a complicated transaction is motivation to push himself. “It makes me feel good to help my clients get the best deal.” Working in commercial real estate, the deals can have many layers and the numbers can get complex, but that doesn’t deter Singh. “I have a degree in accounting and finance, and I love numbers.” An entrepreneur at heart, Singh made a career out of working with startups before he moved into real estate. It was the sales and chance to help people live out their dream of homeownership that initially sold him; the prospect of building his own large-scale business keeps him coming back. “I liked startups and trying new things, but I found that in real estate, there really is no limit to what I can build.” His father, who is also a real estate broker, has helped motivate and inspire Singh to live up to his highest potential.
