Kimberlee Meserve has been a world-class equestrian, a fine arts painter, and a dynamo real estate agent with annual sales exceeding $10 million. Still, Meserve, 29, pushes back against the “well-rounded” label. She attributes her multiple successes to being able to focus on one thing at a time, a skill she developed when she began showing American saddlebred horses as a child. “Riding was my highest priority. I turned down social invitations to spend weekends at the barn. I learned to move from one focus point to another.” Today, her focus is set squarely on Boston’s first-time buyer market. To keep a full pipeline, Meserve hosted “Brews and Buying First-Time Buyer Workshops.” While she’s been fulfilled by that niche, Kimberlee sees a new opportunity brewing: “Some of my past buyers are gaining equity. I’d love to help them become first-time investors.”
