Stress Reducer
“Family is the most important thing in my life,” says Jordan Miller, 26, whose father, a quadriplegic, instilled in Miller a can-do attitude. “I aim to reduce stress in my clients’ lives so they can enjoy the same feeling.” One of Miller’s most challenging sales took 11 months of hard work. After searching for properties for months and having a deal fall through, the client decided to buy land and build new. Miller researched the property’s conservation easements, met with county officials, and found the right custom home builder. “Things were constantly switching gears. I never had to pull so many resources together,” he recalls. Empathy, he found, was as critical as strong negotiation skills. The client was so satisfied that he has sent Miller many referrals. “This process truly proved how clear communication can lead to success.”
