Recommend AEC Representatives to 2025 NAR committees and AE appointees to the 2025 NAR Board of Directors at the June 2024 virtual meeting.

Select the 2024 Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Smith, RCE, AE Leadership Society inductees (maximum of 3) at the October 2024 virtual meeting.

Actions to be taken to achieve goals:

Solicit nominations and applications from the AEC constituency prior to each National meeting; carefully review all nominations and applications and conduct interviews (when appropriate) to ensure that the most qualified candidates are recommended for these positions.

Expected outcome:

Qualified association executives are appointed to select positions within the association and selected as recipients for awards/scholarships.
