Legal Action Committee Financial Assistance Request Form
For consideration of financial assistance through the Legal Action Program, complete the form and send to the Legal Action Committee staff executives at legalaction@nar.realtor at least four (4) weeks prior to the upcoming committee meeting, held twice yearly in connection with the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, and the NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience meetings.

Amicus Brief Participation Request Form
For consideration of a request for NAR’s participation as amicus curiae, complete the form and send to the Legal Action Committee staff executives at legalaction@nar.realtor. Requests wil be considered by the Amicus Brief Advisory Board on a rolling basis. Requests should be submitted at least 60 days prior to when the brief is due. Exceptions will be made in extenuating circumstances.
