On May 12, 2020, the House of Representatives introduced H.R. 6800, the ‘‘Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions,” or HEROES Act. The provisions in the more than $3 trillion legislation represents the opening mark offered by the House Democrats as negotiations in the coming weeks on the eventual Coronavirus Relief package continues.
