Veronica Malolos, CCIM, CRB, CIPS, is a commercial REALTOR®. In 2014, she was mentored and then hired in 2015 by CCIM 2017 Global President Robin Webb at NAI Realvest. Her personal notable transactions include land sales for Walmart Neighborhood Market Store, St. Cloud Preparatory Academy, Carrousel Therapy Center, Cameron Preserve (a 200-unit multifamily site), Stevens Crossings Retail Village, Kid City USA, leases for Florida Congressman Darren Soto, Centerstate Automotive Inc., and a repurposed bank sale for St. Cloud Compounding Pharmacy. In her recent past, she was the managing broker of the top producing residential RE/MAX office in her market area for four years.
In her community of Osceola County, Florida, she is the chair of the County Planning Commission, and a trustee for the Osceola County Education Foundation Charter School Board. She is also the president and co-founder of the Community Land Trust of Osceola, Inc.
As a REALTOR® of 14 years, she is a leader in her local, state, and national REALTOR® associations. She is also a graduate and alumnus of “Leadership Osceola,” and graduate of both the Florida REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academies. In 2010, she was president of the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, and in 2014 was District 12 Vice President for Florida REALTORS®. She believes that real estate practitioners should subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and be an active voice for real estate in the community. She is an avid gardener, singer, a mentor for the Take Stock in Children Program, a proud mother of five, grandmother of two, and faithful wife to her husband, Manny.
