The Risk Management Issues Committee is charged with facilitating a national discussion and awareness of risk management issues and related potential legal liability facing NAR members. The committee includes representatives from each U.S. state, which makes the committee uniquely positioned to gather information regarding emerging risk management concerns around the country. In preparation for the committee's meeting on November 2, 2018, committee members were asked to identify the top three emerging risks facing their respective jurisdictions. This word cloud represents the top ten risk issues identified by committee members as well as an overview of all responses received from 28 states.
