The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the DIAMOND Global Achievement Program Award to the Global Business Alliance of the REALTORS® of the Palm Beaches & Greater Fort Lauderdale at the Annual Conference & Expo in Chicago, IL. The Association staff and volunteer leaders have demonstrated six consecutive years of consistently high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

In addition to excelling in the above categories and consistently providing their members with quality networking and education events, the Global Business Alliance provides their membership with networking opportunities not only in their own market and state, but also in other countries such as Canada, Panama and the UK. They also work closely with their MLS and do a wonderful job at capturing the international investment picture for their area. With this data, they have been able to provide their members a profile of the international buyer - identifying key characteristics that the average local international buyer is seeking in order help them design a custom marketing message to reach the target audience. This kind of dedication to serving the education and networking needs of their members along with providing valuable resources to help them drive the business back to their members is key to their success as an Award Winning Council for six consecutive years.

In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016, the Global Business Alliance of the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast received the Platinum Achievement Award. Prior to their merger with the Palm Beaches in 2017, the Greater Fort Lauderdale REALTORS® Global Real Estate Council received the Platinum Achievement Award in 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2012.They held Gold in 2013.
