The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the 2017 Platinum Global Achievement Program Award to the West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS®’s Global Business Council at the Annual Conference & Expo in Chicago, IL. The Association staff and volunteer leaders demonstrated high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

In addition to excelling in the above categories, the WSGVAR Global Business Council continues to keep a pulse on their members’ global involvement. In a board of 2700, they know that 88% of their members speak a language other than English and 71% serve international clients. To continue to enhance their members international opportunities they hosted two Inbound Trade Missions in 2017 – one from Taiwan and one from Philippines. In their local community, they have collaborated with their local NAHREP Chapter to host a Global Summit in 2017. 

In 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012 and 2011, the WSGVAR Global Business Council received the Platinum Achievement Award. In 2013, they received Gold.
