Maureen Sweeney, SRA, AI-RRS, RAA, has been a residential real estate appraiser since 1989, specializing in the valuation of residential and small income-producing properties and litigation support. She is the author of The Valuation of Condominiums, Cooperatives, and PUDs (Appraisal Institute, 2019). She's also a national instructor with the Appraisal Institute and developed the institute’s online and in-class “Appraising Condos, Co-ops, and PUDs” seminar. From 2005 through 2017, Sweeney served as a member of the Illinois Real Estate Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board. She lives in Chicago.
