Mere possession of a broker’s license is not sufficient to qualify for MLS participation.
These terms shall be defined as follows when used in rules and regulations of any multiple listing service owned or operated by one or more associations of REALTORS®.
“Listing content” includes, but is not limited to, photographs, images, graphics, audio and video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, descriptions, remarks, narratives, pricing information, and other details or information related to listed property.
