Finance, Section 2: Assessment of MLS Fees, Dues, and Charges (Policy Statement 7.45)

All MLS fees, dues, and charges, including, but not limited to, initial participation fees, recurring participation fees, listing origination fees, subscription fees, etc., may be assessed to MLS participants or to individual users or subscribers. This does not preclude an MLS participant from being reimbursed by affiliated licensees for fees or charges incurred on their behalf pursuant to any in-house agreement that may exist. If direct billing of subscribers is utilized, the ultimate responsibility for delinquent dues, fees, and charges is that of the participant, unless an MLS, by adoption of appropriate rules or bylaws, makes subscribers exclusively responsible for such financial obligations.
