2024 Program Overview

The NAR Education Program for Association and MLS Counsel is back! Join us on September 18-19, 2024 for this year’s NAR LEGAL COUNSEL SUMMIT at NAR’s Chicago headquarters. Based on your feedback, both programs will be longer in 2024 – providing even more opportunities to connect with peers as you hear the most up-to-date legal and risk management issues facing associations, MLSs, and real estate professionals today.

On Wednesday, September 18, the Professional Standards Session will be led by experts to help you steer through the trickiest professional standards administration and enforcement issues with real world scenarios and engaging discussion on topics that have baffled your peers.

Attendees in Chicago are also invited to join us for a Networking Reception on the NAR building’s Sky Level immediately following the Professional Standards Session.

During the Legal Session on Thursday, September 19, the NAR Legal Team will guide attendees through the latest legal and risk management issues, featuring a keynote address and much more!

We anticipate offering CLE credit in Illinois and will provide attendees with a letter of attendance for attendees to use in applying for CLE credit in other states.

Discounts are not permitted on Basic Economy fares. Flight reservations can be made online.
