Francois K. Gregoire, ASA, IFA, RAA, AHWD is President of Gregoire & Gregoire, Inc., a residential real estate appraisal firm in St. Petersburg, FL. A second-generation REALTOR®, Broker, and Appraiser, Frank has been active in appraisal and public policy committees for the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) since 1992. He has twice chaired the NAR Appraisal Committee and served as Chairman of the Florida REALTORS® Appraisal Council.

Frank was appointed to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board from 2000 to 2008, serving four terms as Chairman. He represents Florida on various national appraisal committees and provides expert witness services in administrative hearings and courts. An accomplished author and speaker, Frank continues to contribute to the real estate and appraisal community.

Maureen Sweeney, SRA, AI-RRS, has been a residential real estate appraiser since 1989. She is the 2024 Vice Chair of NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee. From 2005 through 2017, she served as a member of the Illinois Real Estate Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board. She is a national instructor with the Appraisal Institute and is their author of The Valuation of Condominiums, Cooperatives, and PUDs, as well as the developer of their on-line and in-class 7-hour Appraising Condos, Co-ops, and PUDs seminars. She is an Appraiser Qualifications Board Certified USPAP Instructor.

Maureen shares her knowledge with law enforcement and real estate professionals at various meetings and conferences. Maureen specializes in the valuation of residential and small income-producing properties and litigation support. She resides in Chicago, Illinois.  

Eric Trotz is a Memphis, TN area real estate appraiser, agent and principal broker. Eric has been a REALTOR® since 1984, and was recently awarded REALTOR® Emeritus status by NAR. Eric was recently named the 2023 REALTOR® of the Year by the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. Eric holds several professional designations including the Appraisal Institute’s MAI and AI-GRS, and NAR’s General Accredited Appraiser GAA designation. Eric has been a member of NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee since 2019 and is actively involved in local and state REALTOR® and Appraisal Institute Chapter affairs.

Eric is a Life Member of the MAAR Multi-Million Dollar Club having participated in numerous transactions through the years. Eric represents a wide variety of clients including banks, municipalities, governmental agencies, universities, manufacturing and industrial property owners, attorneys, CPA’s and numerous individuals. Eric specializes in commercial and eminent domain type appraisals, and has performed numerous special purpose property appraisals and special case studies for various clients.
