D. Gary Rogers (AHWD, C2EX, CRS) is the 2024 National Association of REALTORS® Member Services Liaison. With over 30 years of experience, he is the broker-owner of REMAX On The Charles in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Gary has held various leadership positions at the national, state, and local levels. Notably, he was President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in 2009.
On the national stage, Gary has chaired various NAR governance bodies, including the 2022 Leadership Academy Advisory Group, 2018 Meeting and Conference Committee, 2013 Member Communications Committee, and 2011 Member Information Services Forum. Gary has also served as a Director for NAR's REALTORS® Relief Foundation from 2020 to 2023, an NAR Director from 2007 to 2022, and as the Region 1 Regional Vice President (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) in 2014.
Gary's contributions have been recognized with Distinguished Service Awards from both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. Other accolades include 2005 GBAR REALTOR® of the Year and 2005 Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year.
Before entering the real estate profession, Gary served in the United States Air Force as a medic. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Cynthia, their children (Stephanie, Samantha, and Nicholas), grandchildren (Madeline and Oliver), and a family of dogs, including a golden retriever (Louie), Labrador retriever (Charley), German shepherd (Lucy), and an overly affectionate Bernese mountain dog (Gus).
