The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the 2019 Platinum Global Achievement Program Award to the CTAR Global Business Chapter of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® at the Annual Conference & Expo in San Francisco, CA. The Association staff and volunteer leaders demonstrated high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

In addition to excelling in the above categories and providing their members with quality networking and education events, the CTAR Global Chapter partnered with the Charleston Regional Development Alliance: Global Fluency Initiative. The Global Fluency initiative is supported by a committee of community volunteers, focuses on both the integration of new foreign residents and outreach to Charlestonians on the benefits that foreign investment and cultures provide. Members of the CTAR Global Chapter are encouraged to attend and join a committee of the Global Fluency Initiative that closely aligns with the Chapter goals and objectives; through this synergy of both being involved in the community and building relationships, it has been a win-win for members and CTAR.

This is the first Platinum award for the CTAR Global Business Chapter! In 2015, 2016, and 2018 they received the Gold award; and in 2013, 2014, and 2017 they held Silver.
