- Foot traffic in the area covered by the Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® (Indiana) rose 18% in April of this year compared to April of 2011.
- While this figure is strong, it is down from February when foot traffic was 57% stronger than a year earlier.
- Traffic and sales typically rise through the spring and summer, so if traffic remains strong, it will be a robust year for traffic and sales in Northern Indiana.
