The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the 2017 Platinum Global Achievement Program Award to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association’s Global Real Estate Council of Orlando at the Annual Conference & Expo in Chicago, IL. The Association staff and volunteer leaders demonstrated high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

In addition to excelling in the above categories, the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando consistently provide education opportunities and market specific materials for their members to market ORLANDO to the world, a key piece of information for the global practitioner. Then, they continued to further their global reach in 2017. In May, they sponsored a booth for their members at REALTOR®QUEST in Toronto, Canada and offered a $300 stipend for any member interested in attending. They followed that opportunity up with a Trade Mission to Panama in October.

In 2016, 2015, 2014, and 2013 the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando received the Platinum Achievement Award. In 2012, they received Gold.
