The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the 2018 Platinum Global Achievement Program Award to the Tampa Bay International Real Estate Council of the Tampa Bay REALTORS® at the Annual Conference & Expo in Boston, MA. The Association staff and volunteer leaders demonstrated high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

In addition to excelling in the above categories and providing their members with quality networking and education events, the Tampa Bay International Real Estate Council created a brand new globally-focus communication strategy that reached into new segments of their general membership. Part of that strategy was creating a “Why Tampa” brochure for their members to use, which highlights the benefits of moving to the Tampa Bay area for any interested investors; their second entire globally focused issue of their Tampa REALTOR® magazine, which they distribute to the entire 10,000+ membership. In addition to those initiatives were a redesigned dedicated global landing page on their website, recognition of all new CIPS designees at the monthly global meetings and collaboration with the diversity, YPN and commercial group structures within their association. They have also worked with their MLS to create a class focusing on all global features of the MLS and associated application, which includes a newly launched Spanish version of their MLS.

In 2014, 2016 and 2017 Tampa Bay International Real Estate Council held Gold.
