Missouri REALTORS® Fall Commercial Summit
Missouri REALTORS® Association

Missouri REALTORS® will host a Commercial Summit at the Cortex Innovation Community, providing sessions on market trends, 1031 Exchanges, and a high-powered panel featuring local real estate movers-and-shakers. Hosting the event at Cortex is notable because practitioners will be situated in the heart of a 200-acre innovation hub, enabling them to connect with a bevy of tech startups and established industry leaders. The Summit will utilize the Cortex campus’ three missions of creating tech-focused jobs, being an engine of economic inclusion, and generating tax revenues to support essential public services.

Creation of Urban Renewal CE
Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS®

The Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS® will create CE on urban renewal using a local case study as content. A Cincinnati brownfield deemed toxic was cleaned up and repurposed to allow the construction of a Boys & Girls Club community center. CABR will invite members to receive CE credit, apply the education in their own communities, and ultimately raise funds for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
